Tempura Pumpkin in Salted Egg Sauce

This is my installment for my salted egg series! This is an interesting combination as the pumpkin is sweet, and when combined with the salty, creamy and spicy salted egg sauce, it is really a yummy plate! The best part is that it is fairly easy to cook up! You may just follow my recipe for salted egg squid, but change the squid to pumpkin, easy!
