Singapore Laksa/ Curry Mee (Variation)

I blogged about this not too long ago and this is a simple variations. I used chicken breast instead of half a chicken, and added some tau pok and fishcakes. The flavours are just as good and Ben liked it alot more since he loves his chicken breast. I added alot more laksa leaves this time and it gave a beautiful depth of flavour with a great tang, it was refreshing!
