Nasi Dum Biryani with Greek Tzatziki Sauce

This is one of our favourite comfort foods that always get Ben all excited whenever i cook it. It is so freaking yummy and delicious and i am always trying to perfect the recipe. I think i am finally done and satisfied with the recipe! I previously made this with 2/3 cup rice and the dish was slightly wetter, i modified the recipe by increasing the rice to 1 cup and it’s more dry this time. I have updated the previous recipe πŸ™‚ This post is for the recipe for Ben’s all time favourite tzatziki sauce. He introduced me to this sauce and we are now both addicted to it. It is extremely appetizing and pairs perfectly with biryani or any type of rice dishes like, turmeric rice, pilaf etc, bringing your dish to a whole new level.
