Fried Carrot Cake

I opened up my recipe i posted previously for this dish and realised that i did not post precise measurements for the sauces and seasonings. I measured it this time and thought i would jot it down here πŸ™‚

Sauce Mix: 1 tsp light soy sauce, 3 1/2 – 4tbsp sweet soy sauce (kecap manis), 1 tbsp thick dark soy sauce
