Having a new rice cooker that i love to death now, i am so motivated to cook now even on days when i am extremely tired from work. It is so so easy, fast and yummylicious! I used the same recipe featured on my blog previously (i added in some cabbage and lup cheong), i simply transferred the pot to the rice cooker and cooked it under claypot mode. As you can tell from the photos, the best thing about this method is that the pumpkin remains in chunks which is my favourite part as it is so sweet and flavourful. As usual, my rice cooker produced the perfect fluffy texture for the rice, with all the flavours of the ingredients coming together beautifully. With only 10 minutes of prep time and the rice cooker doing all the work for you, you have to try this!
