I have a whole tin of Nestum that i need to use up and it gave me the idea of muffins! This muffin has a nice crust outside, but soft and moist inside. I love the flavour combinations and as always, muffins are easy to make and makes a great breakfast. We have just made breakfast muffins even better by adding nestum cereals in them!

Ingredients: (Makes 7 – 8)

  1. 120g plain flour
  2. 1tsp baking powder
  3. 60g nestum cereal
  4. 70g caster sugar
  5. 1 large egg
  6. 6og butter, melted
  7. 125g fresh milk
  8. Chocolate chips

Method:

  1. Mix dry and wet ingredients in seperate bowls.
  2. Add wet ingredients into dry, and mix gently.
  3. Spoon batter into muffin tray, top with more nestum.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180deg for about 25-30mins.
