I just want to share with you guys how handy it is to have homemade “instant” foods in the freezer or fridge. This wholesome meal is whipped up on 10minutes and everything is homemade! And on busy days, you can still make different variations with the same base ingredients. Say no to yucky instant noodles and unhealthy takeaways. I have made a difference in our lives, and so can anyone 😀
PS: the noodles can be kept in the fridge for about 5 days. You may also dry it out in the oven or dehydrator and seal it. It can be kept for a month or so 🙂 I used the angel hair/mee kia mould and it takes only 1.5 minutes to cook in boiling water.

A simple sauce to mimick Mee Goreng Instant Noodles:
1tbsp soy sauce, 3/4 tbsp thick dark soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp sweet soy sauce, chilli oil/ crispy prawn chilli, drizzle of sesame oil.
