Pan Seared Turmeric Chicken


This is a very simple recipe I came up with that Ben loves. He loved it so much that i thought of blogging about it so I won’t forget about it. I actually only marinated this for an hour and Ben thought that it was marinated overnight as it was so yummy!


  1. 1 chicken breast, halved into 2 thinner slices
  2. 1/2 cup yogurt
  3. Salt and pepper, to taste
  4. 1/2 tbsp curry powder
  5. 1 – 2tsp turmeric powder


  1. Marinate chicken breast in yogurt and seasoning for at least an hour.
  2. Sear in a hot pan with olive oil until golden and cooked.
