I have been feeling under the weather the last couple of weeks. Light and easy food is very appealing to me at the moment. I made some of this poached chicken to go with Ben’s favourite Teochew orange sauce, they were a match made in heaven. I used my recipe for my hainanese chicken rice, except that i did not use any chicken bones to make the stock. All in all, this dish only took 6 minutes of cooking time and was ready after 25 minutes of resting 🙂 My all time favourite, it is smooth, tender and yummylicious!
