I have previously posted on this recipe before, but ever since i learnt the new method of cooking chicken from my hainanese chicken, it gave me an idea to try it on other types of chicken. I must say that my experiment is a huge success! The chicken is fall of the bone tender, skin remains, smooth and in tact, it was perfect!
Bring sauce to boil and put in the chicken and cover. Boil on high heat for 6 minutes. Turn off the fire and leave the lid on for about 25mins. Do not remove the lid. Viola! Perfect soy sauce chicken!
