I have been wanting one for a looong time now, but have always been discouraged by the failures i had in my neighbour’s bread machine in Australia. Everything i tried came out like rock. I hav since bcame terrified of bread machines.

But lately, I have been having success in breads and we are kinda sick of awful store bought breads, that is why i started having the idea of getting a bm. We were working at a client’s home the other day and they happened to be baking bread, omg, the aroma of freshly baked bread was so niceeeeeee! We were talking about how nice it would be to have homemade breads whenever we want and we would know every ingredient that goes into it. And that is how my wish got granted! I am still super excited!

Benny got me the Panasonic bm and i succeeded with my first loaf. It is OMG soft and yummy. I do not even know how to describe how perfect it is. We just had it with butter and it already tasted perfect. I can see endless breakfasts ideas with it. Sandwiches, grilled cheese, french toasts.. I am soooooo happy. You have to try this recipe, how can anyone buy store bought bread ever again???

Wu Pao Chun Champion Toast from bakingtaitai

    1. Hello Janice, i am using panasonic sdp104. It costs a lil more than other brands but its undoubtedly the best brand you can get. I am actually contemplating selling this one to get a similar one that makes bigger loaves πŸ™‚
